Job Summary:

As a Software Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting the value of our software products to potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads

·       Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs

·       Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions

·       Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals

·       Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales activity and pipeline status

·       Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

·       Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams for seamless onboarding and support


Requirements:

·       1–3+ years of experience in B2B software sales or a related role

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·       Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle

·       Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

·       Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software products

·       Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)


Nice to Have:

·       Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software

·       Knowledge of the [industry/vertical, e.g., healthcare, finance, CRM, etc.] space

·       Experience with outbound sales and lead generation tools
