We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and build a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent.
This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and workforce planning to meet the organization's hiring needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s workforce planning.
- Forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent, including social media recruitment, networking events, and partnerships with universities.
- Maintain and improve employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
Hiring Process Management:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Design and optimize job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing, referrals, and job portals.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring targets.
- Train hiring managers on best hiring practices and interview techniques.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide hiring solutions.
- Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Compliance & HR Collaboration:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Work closely with the HR department to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage recruitment budgets and negotiate contracts with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to track hiring trends and improve recruitment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-powered recruitment tools and automation.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter).
