Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, responsible for overseeing all HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
You will play a key role in talent management, employee development, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, policies, and procedures.
- Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification, e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in specific industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing.
- Familiarity with data-driven HR analytics and reporting.
- Background in change management or organizational development.
- Proven success in implementing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs.
