Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources department.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, responsible for overseeing all HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

You will play a key role in talent management, employee development, and organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, policies, and procedures.
  • Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification, e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specific industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with data-driven HR analytics and reporting.
  • Background in change management or organizational development.
  • Proven success in implementing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) programs.
