Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
You’ll be the main point of contact between the company and the client, delivering tailored solutions that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
· Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives
· Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and networking
· Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
· Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and report on pipeline activity
Requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
· Self-motivated and results-driven
· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
